Quick start guide
Four steps take you through a whole event. One person can set it up; anyone can run the booth.
The first time, activate VendorBud online and accept the User Agreement — a one-time step while you're connected. Then open Manager tools, add your items, prices, and starting inventory, set your cash drawer, and lock it in for the show. Set a manager password so only you can reach setup and resets.
ManagerTap plus on each item being bought. For cash, type the amount received and tap Cash sale — the change is figured for you. For card, tap Card sale. Add a tip or donation on its own line, then confirm.
OperatorIf the cash is less than the total, tapping Cash sale records a partial payment. Finish the balance with more cash or a card — VendorBud keeps track until the ticket is settled.
OperatorPrint the end-of-day report for your records, then Reset for New Show to clear the day and inventory and start fresh. Add the app to your home screen and don't clear its data mid-event.
